We are excited to share our latest project: a new office for a technology company headquartered in South China, located within a brand-new landmark building along the Suzhou Creek. Occupying an entire floor, the space offers sweeping views that capture the meandering river below and the iconic skyline of Lujiazui in the distance.
The interior draws on the character of the FinTech sector—structured, data-driven, but ultimately human. In the reception area, a custom-made rug introduces an abstract pattern representing financial flows, executed in the company’s corporate colours. Throughout the office, planting is integrated not as an afterthought, but as a consistent element that softens the more technical aspects of the fit-out, helping the space feel both technologically minded and naturally inviting.
The layout is organised around the way a modern team actually works. There’s a large training facility for workshops and learning sessions, a gym, and a dedicated mother’s room. The work café serves as a central gathering point, while the various meeting rooms and collaboration zones offer different settings for focused work, informal discussion, or team meetings. A smart office dashboard ties the physical environment back to the company’s core business, providing seamless control over the space.
The result is a workspace that supports a full range of activities throughout the day—functional, coherent, and above all, tailored to the people who use it.
